Leadership Coaching Grounded in Purpose, Integrity, and Impact.
Leadership isn’t limited to your professional life. It’s expressed in how your values show up across your whole life.
Coaching offers a place to slow down, think clearly, and reconnect to what matters most and the impact you want to have.
About Me
I’m Rebecca — a policy professional, co-owner of a small business, and parent of three kids. You can learn more about me and my professional background on my LinkedIn page.
My coaching integrates my lived experience alongside formal coaching training through the Co-Active Training Institute. I also hold Master’s degrees in Social Work (MSW) and Public Administration (MPA).
My coaching is grounded in the belief that lasting change grows from honesty, humility, and meaning — not force or perfection.
I draw from Co-Active coaching and recovery-informed frameworks, which emphasize self-awareness, accountability, and the capacity to choose one’s response.
Philosophy
At the heart of my coaching practice is a belief that you are already naturally creative, resourceful, and whole.
Coaching isn’t about fixing you or prescribing answers. It’s a partnership designed to offer steady structure and support for clarity, choice, and intentional action aligned with your values.
