Leadership Coaching Grounded in Purpose, Integrity, and Impact.

Leadership isn’t about having all the answers. It’s about knowing what matters, trusting your judgment, and acting with courage and integrity.

Coaching helps you lead from that place.

About Me

I’m Rebecca Robuck — a leadership coach, social worker, policy leader, co-owner of a small business, and parent of three kids. You can learn more about me and my professional background on my LinkedIn page.

I’ve spent my career sitting at tables where important decisions get made, and at tables listening to parents and young people navigating some of life’s hardest challenges. Along the way, I’ve had the privilege of learning from people from all walks of life.

Those experiences taught me that every person carries a unique perspective, hard-won wisdom, and something important to contribute. They also taught me that leadership isn’t ultimately about position, expertise, or authority — it’s about making choices that align with our values, trusting our voice, and acting with courage and integrity. This is what drew me to coaching.

I have a CPCC (Certified Professional Co-Active Coach) certification through the Co-Active Training Institute and an ACC certification through the International Coaching Federation. My coaching blends this training with my background in social work, public policy, and years of mentoring, facilitating, and supporting leaders with a wide range of life experiences.

The people I work with are thoughtful, capable, and deeply committed, and they already possess the wisdom they need. My role is to help them hear it more clearly, trust it more fully, and act on it courageously.

At the heart of my coaching practice is a belief that you are already naturally creative, resourceful, and whole.

Coaching isn’t about fixing you or prescribing answers. It’s a partnership designed to offer steady structure and support for clarity, choice, and intentional action aligned with your values.

  • “Rebecca is a rare coach who shares power, not just insight. She creates psychologically safe space by leaning into real conflict with honesty and consistently believing in people, especially when the stakes are high.”

    —V.F.

  • "When I was CEO of a fast-growing company, I went through a few coaches looking for someone who could blend the work I needed on both the 'emotional' and 'operational' sides of the job. Rebecca has that rare ability; she helps me work through the feelings that hold me back, but she also helps me strategize and operationalize - to get more done. I love it!"

    —B.L.

  • "Working with Rebecca gave me the space to step back from the daily grind of work and parenting, reassess my goals, and move forward with clarity, purpose, and intention."

    —K.A.

  • “Rebecca offers leaders a structured approach to coaching that supports values-aligned growth. Our catalytic work together gave me a greater awareness of where I can best focus my time and energy to make the impact that matters to me, and I could not recommend working with her more highly.”

    —Z.L.

  • Through coaching with Rebecca, I have felt more alive than I have in over 10 years. Coaching with Rebecca has helped me name what I was struggling with, and her guidance is always provided with grace and compassion. This experience has been the catalyst for the hope and excitement I have for my future that was previously lost.

    —T.A.
